A loan helped a member to acquire more merchandise, improve her earnings and have a more profitable business.

Monte Sinai Group's story

Martha is a member of the Monte Sinai credit group and the mother of a family. At present she works selling lingerie, a business which she chose because it allows her to earn income without neglecting her home. For some years she has been working in the clothing and lingerie retail sector, and thanks to her membership of the credit group, she has succeeded in increasing her capital to invest in her business and make it grow. Her main objective is to realize her dream of having her own showroom in her home, where she could display and sell her products with more comfort and professionalism. With the current loan she plans to expand her stock, incorporating a variety of lingerie, hosiery, gloves, leggings and scarves. This will enable her to attract more customers and improve her earnings.

As well as Martha, other members of the group also run various businesses; some sell fast food, cheese, clothing, footwear, cosmetics and makeup, while others have haberdasheries or similar businesses. This collective has not only provided financial support, but also motivation and networks of collaboration amongst businesswomen who, like Martha, work every day to reach their personal and financial goals.

In this group: Adriana Magali, Martha Elizabeth, Fabiola Celeste, Alba Emilse, Hector Fabian, Sergia Aurora, Liz Paola, Diana Mercedes, Velinda Guadalupe, Mirian Griselda, Ana Aracely, Rosalba, Noemi Elizabeth, Zunilda Viviana, Carmen Primavera, Sandra Soledad
