As the Vice President of Investments, Kathy leads the global team who deploys Kiva’s crowdfunded capital towards social enterprises and microfinance institutions around the world, working to maximize impact while mitigating risk.

As Kiva’s Director of Strategic Partnerships, Tess has worked closely with organizations such as PepsiCo, Visa, IT Cosmetics, and more, to deliver impactful and mutually beneficial campaigns. From corporate social responsibility to employee engagement, Tess offers a fresh perspective on how organizations can reach their goals while simultaneously contributing to global good.

Don’s career spans more than three decades in HR service delivery, talent acquisition, and organizational development. As Executive Vice President of People & Places, he is leading Kiva through a remote-first evolution and provides a perspective that is both rooted in inclusion and centered on employee engagement.

With over 9 years of experience at Kiva and a history of working directly with refugees, Lev is passionate about refugee support and development and provides a unique perspective on the impact microfinance can make on the lives of people who are forcibly displaced.
