Her children will never want for an education — she’s made sure of it
As a child, Anatolia taught herself how to read and write, and she brings that same determination to support her family through her water spinach farm. Recently, she grew her profits enough to provide a life for her four children that she once wanted for herself. This growth, and Anatolia’s drive, has brought much-needed stability to her life. As a woman entrepreneur in rural Timor-Leste, Anatolia represents the potential for the rest of the country to thrive in a post-revolutionary climate.
