Niño Jesus Group's story

This women entrepreneurs committee, called Niño Jesús, is made up of 13 hardworking women from the city of Quiindy. They are currently in their second cycle working with the Fundación Paraguaya, under the leadership of Ruth Noelia. All of them share the same goal: to make progress together through work and solidarity.

Ruth Noelia, a hardworking widow, is a committed leader of the Niño Jesús committee. She lives with her children and owns a grocery store in her community, where she sells a wide variety of products: from basic foods, candy and beverages, to cleaning supplies. Her store is a stable source of income and a point of reference for her neighbors. This loan will be used to replenish stock of merchandise such as rice, sugar, cooking oil, noodles, soft drinks, and everyday items, seeking to keep her business well-stocked and competitive. Ruth dreams of expanding her grocery store in the future and offering better service to her customers. With her constant efforts and the support of the committee, she is determined to continue growing and providing a decent life for her family.
